Are there any cleaning materials I should prepare?
All cleaning materials and solutions are included. If you have any special requests or prefer specific cleaning products, please inform us when you confirm your booking.
How can I book your services?
Get a free quote, pick a date, reserve the slot.
To confirm and finalize your cleaning schedule, a 50% downpayment or full payment must be made.
For your convenience, we accept payments through G-Cash and Unionbank Transfers only. Cash payments are not accepted to ensure safety and maintain accurate records.
In which areas do you operate?
Clean Place PH now offers services in the following areas: all major cities in Metro Manila, nearby provinces, and Metro Cebu.
Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Marikina, Pasig, Taguig, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Pasay, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Pateros, and other selected areas.
What are your guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling?
Clients have two options to modify their booking:
- Reschedule: Notify us at least two days before the confirmed date.
- Complete Cancellation: Receive a 30% refund of the initial payment.
Please note: Cancellations made on the day of the project forfeit the down payment.
Why is it strongly advised to attend both the start and end of our cleaning services?
We highly recommend that you be present for both the beginning and conclusion of our cleaning services.
This practice guarantees quality assurance. Our protocols entail comprehensive inspections before and after cleaning to maintain service excellence and reduce the necessity for additional work. Your involvement during these inspections is genuinely valued.

Do you charge transportation fee?
We do. Our Mobilization Fees cover transport for our Cleaning Experts, solutions, and equipment, to and from the location, ensuring safety and minimizing exposure.
